FAQs

THE ONLY WAY TO GET THE RIGHT ANSWERS IS TO START ASKING THE RIGHT QUESTIONS

  • Why waste vegetable oil?

Vegetable oil comes from plants grown right here in Wisconsin. That oil can be used as food and the waste can then be refined and used as a fuel source. All of this supports our local farmers, our communities, our businesses, and our environment.

  • How can I use vegetable oil as fuel?

Furnaces, boilers, heaters, cars, trucks, tractors…you name it. The chances are there is a vegetable oil based fuel that you can use. We even work with companies that specialize in using vegetable oil as fuel.

  • What is biodiesel?

Biodiesel is a domestic, renewable fuel for diesel engines derived from natural plant oils. Biodiesel can be used in any concentration with petroleum based diesel fuel in existing diesel engines with little or no modification. Biodiesel is not the same thing as raw vegetable oil. A chemical process that removes the glycerin from the oil produces Biodiesel. But did you know that you can also run a diesel engine on vegetable oil? Ask us how!

  • How much does vegetable oil cost as fuel?

The price of our products fluctuates a bit but is generally much less than most of the other fuel options. Give us a call or e-mail us for current pricing.

  • Will you collect my waste oil?

Absolutely! In some cases, we’ll even pay you for it! Contact us for details and we’ll be happy to help you.
